Biography
Elaine M. Kennedy has made New Hampshire her home since 1986. Elaine graduated from Colby College with honors and earned her law degree from Suffolk University Law School with honors. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and has particular experience in family law, including divorce, post divorce, child custody and child support matters, and also concentrates on employment law issues.
Elaine has successfully tried numerous cases in New Hampshire's family courts, superior courts and Supreme Court. She is a member of the State's Bar Association. She is a Certified Family Mediator. She has written and published articles for the New Hampshire Bar Association to educate the public with regard to her areas of practice.
